Laurel Auto Group beat Paul’s Renegades, 13-3 in Semi-Final Game 1

Laurel Auto Group continued to pile up the runs on Tuesday, scoring three runs in the seventh inning, en route to an easy 13-3 win over Paul’s Renegades at Point stadium.

Laurel Auto Group scored six runs in the fifth on Laurel Auto Group scored in the fifth on an RBI double by Ben Webb, an RBI single by Cory Wheeler, a walk by Luke Smeltz, a bases loaded walk by Danny Clark, an RBI single byRyan Wardropper, and a walk by Austin Sleek.

Wardropper racked up two RBIs on three hits for Laurel Auto Group.

Tyler Tubbs‘s seven strikeouts were enough to push Laurel Auto Group past Paul’s Renegades. Tyler Tubbs allowed three earned runs on four hits and no walks over seven innings.

Morder took the loss for Paul’s Renegades. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed four runs.

Laurel Auto Group never trailed after scoring one run in the third on an RBI single by Clark.

Laurel Auto Group scored three runs in the fourth inning, and then followed it up with three more in the seventh. In the fourth, Laurel Auto Group scored on a two-run double by Smeltz, bringing home Nico Pecora and Webb.

Wardropper started the inning with a triple, plating Clark.
