Johnstown, PA – The 2014 Johnstown AAABA league schedule has been released with play set to begin on Thursday, May 29th. Coming off a 21-16 record, Laurel Auto Group will kick-off its season with a showdown against First Commonwealth Bank.
This year’s schedule format is the same as last season, with 6 games against each of the other Johnstown AAABA squads and a single game against each of the Altoona AAABA teams (Railbirds, Johnston Realty, Ketrow Insurance, and Wise Trailer Sales).
The league playoffs begin with the semifinal matchups running from July 18th to July 22nd and the finals slated to run from July 23rd to July 27th. The AAABA National Tournament, which is held annually at Johnstown’s Point Stadium, is set to begin on August 4th.
