Laurel Auto Group take out Berkley Hills Renegades with help from Jon White, 2-1

Jon White went 1-3, helping Laurel Auto Group to a 2-1 victory over Berkley Hills Renegades on Monday at Point Stadium.
He doubled in the sixth inning.

Berkley Hills Renegades couldn’t get anything going as long as Nick Kolat was on the mound. Berkley Hills Renegades managed just one hit off of Kolat, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Tyler Tubbs got it done on the rubber on the way to a win. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered three hits.

Noah Smith was the game’s losing pitcher. He lasted just 6 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed two runs.

The third inning saw Berkley Hills Renegades score its only run on the day on a passed ball.

The lead stayed with Laurel Auto Group after the fifth, when it scored two runs on.
